You’d think that maintaining a vegan diet while on vacation is close to impossible. Well, I have some good news for you. I have just the vegan coffee and cream cheese bagel combo you’re gonna wanna try.
We all know that hotel coffee isn’t the most pleasant and it’s best to assume so no matter where you are. This is why I brought my own stuff: a bag of Hawaiian Isles Kona Coffee sunrise blend and my AeroPress. Very handy coffee to swat the instant coffee alternatives away.
For breakfast, I went to the market to get bagels, Tofutti sour cream, and onion powder. We went down to the lobby to toast our bagels. The hotel staff were kind enough to toast it for us and put in a box. To hotel-style make sour cream, I got a generous scoop of Tofutti sour cream, onion powder, mixed them together in a paper cup, and spread it evenly on a toasted bagel. Easy cream cheese bagel recipe. If you’re at home and you want to try it out as well, I have the full recipe here.
