We’re going out today! Via Spreads invited me out to an early food tasting event alongside other vegan brands. It’s always a treat to go out and get to know the people behind innovative vegan food.
We got to try Via Spread’s (@viaspreads) almond- and plant-based spreads. They got three flavors: vanilla (original), chocolate and hazelnut, and blueberry. The original flavor was just the right amount of sweetness, with that fluffy and airy texture. The blueberry flavor has a very distinct nuttiness from the almonds, which I appreciated.
Other vendors at the food tasting event were Koast Kombucha (@koastkombucha) and Makhana (@eatmakhana) Popped Water Lily Seeds. We also got to try Pastila’s pineapple, coconut, banana, and strawberry flavors.
Super grateful for all the chances given to me to explore new vegan food. Looking forward to the next one already!
