- 1/2 cup raw, unsalted cashews
- 1 cup Oatly full fat milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 white onion
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 slice Follow Your Heart Smoked Gouda Cheese
- 3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast

- 1 bunch spinach
- 4 tbsp olive oil add more if needed

Shiitake Dashi Broth
- 1/4 cup dried shiitake mushroom
- 2 cup water
- 1 slice kombu
- 1 pinch salt
Shiitake Dashi Broth with Shallots and Sake
- 1.5 cup dashi broth
- 1/4 red onion or 1 shallot, diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup sake
Udon
- 1 pack dried udon
Soy Shiitake Mushrooms
- 6-8 fresh shiitake mushroom
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 clove garlic
